The calm before the storm…

We are members of Nexpet, a national group of independent pet stores who regularly get together and share best practices. Today we have meetings and round table discussions all day. (Which may sound gruesome, but take it from me – it’s an amazing feeling to be in a room full of people who know EXACTLY what you deal with on a daily basis.)
